With a wealth of experience in community development programs, technical advising, monitoring, and evaluation, Dr. Hang Thi Xuan Lan currently serves as the Project Director for the Global HIV/AIDS Fund (VUSTA) while also acting as a technical advisor for all USAID-funded projects. Dr. Lan believes that organizations should adapt their activities to align with the emerging trends of the era, using a broad and innovative vision.

Experience: Dr. Hang Thi Xuan Lan spent 5 years as the Deputy Chief of the Office at the Center for HIV/AIDS Prevention in Danang city, followed by 3 years at the CARE organization. Dr. Lan has accumulated substantial experience in technical support, intervention strategy development, monitoring, and evaluation in health improvement and community development projects. Currently, she holds the position of Project Director for the Global HIV/AIDS Fund (part of VUSTA), while also serving as a technical advisor for all USAID-funded projects.
