INTRODUCTION

Better workforce, higher productivity

The Worker Support program strengthens and maintains the employment supply chain’s support in improving the quality of life (WWB) for employees working in factories and enterprises in Vietnam.

Enhancing the quality of life for workers involves developing and integrating health care programs, activities, and events related to mental well-being into the annual social activities of factories and enterprises.

Capacity building for worker representative groups is achieved by collaborating with factories/enterprises to implement training programs that provide health knowledge and essential skills for the worker representatives, enabling them to independently promote WWB activities at their respective workplaces.

Support for the MANAGEMENT BOARD of factories/enterprises includes monitoring progress and evaluating the impact of WWB activities. This is achieved by assisting in the development of simple, context-appropriate methods and tools tailored to the production environment of the factory/enterprise
