First, it becomes difficult to reach customers through traditional channels such as personal relationships, Facebook Fanpage and Blued (dating app for same-sex male customers). Second, increasingly younger customers lack knowledge about safe sex. The growing prevalence of substance abuse also contributes to the complex situation of HIV. In addition, customers who are stigmatized should isolate themselves, fear and be afraid to use CBO’s services and disclose sexual partner information.

CBO ALOBOY made ALOVOICE broadcast to improve the above situation. The content of the conversation ALOVOICE skillfully and attractively covered knowledge about HIV, LGBT and addictive substances. In addition, the celebrity talk show host Miss Aloboy has the opportunity to share her feelings and concerns with the community. ALOVOICE is posted and shared widely on social networks such as Youtube and Facebook in order to enhance the effect of viral communication.

Radio ALOVOICE supports ALOBOY to expand its reach to customers, and the number of customers contacting HIV testing increases. CBO thereby promotes autonomy and creativity in communication. In addition, through interactive Q&A, customers show that they know how to protect their health and are more interested in CBO’s services. Moreover, the customer said, “I get sympathy from CBO as well as from other customers, so I am more confident, peaceful and happy in life”.
